Synopsis – In a future ravaged by an alien invasion, Turbo Hawk continues down the rabbit hole on his quest to the darker corners of the post-apocalypse. Tradd, The Blades of Vengeance Himself, is following, but is he friend or foe? Turbo Hawk investigates whether Rain, his formerly fallen lady love, is back from the dead – and what is going on with his former teammate, the deadly (and dead?!) Mr. Nullus? And can they trust Dr. Saccularius?

Now, after Tradd puzzlingly disappeared, TURBO HAWK is sent to pick up the pieces and ends up getting pulled into a quest for the killers of his fallen lady love, and is his former teammate, the deadly Mr. Nullus somehow involved? And who is that lurking in the shadows?!

Portrait of a Meesimo as an MFA Illustration Student features selections from award nominated (and occasionally winning!) professional Cartoonist and Caricaturist Meesimo. This collection features 140 pages of comics, Caricatures, and sketchbook illustrations created while Meesimo was earning his MFA in Illustration at the University of Hartford, CT under the tutelage of program director C.F. Old Journal Comics from Art School, circa 2002. I used to make a page of these every day off and on for 4 or 5 years.  Then...not so much. I still make some occasionally, but I'm no Kochalka.

These are the first thirty.

Illustration here refers to more finished, and mostly commercially produced pieces, including the annual spoken word compilation series covers for WORDSPEAK; the forthcoming 20% comic publication cover; CONTROPUSSY graphic novel and comic covers, The Wonderful Wizard of Oz audio book and digital download cover; indie band Modern Skirts poster, ROLLING HEAVY magazine illustration, and tribute to the great Maurice Sendak.
